About Us (well...just me, actually)
My name is Nicki Valentine
Originally from West Kirby, I've lived in Hoylake for almost 20 years, and I am passionate about the Wirral. We are so lucky to live on this little "almost isle" not only because of the beautiful land and seascapes, but also because of the beautiful people and community.
I've been lucky enough to live in France and Germany, and travelled a great deal with work, but there really is no place like "our home".
I have woked in print and online publishing and graphic design for over 20 years, and since 2006 I have run my business Plucky Duck, providing copywriting, marketing, print, website and graphic design services to local, national, and international clients. But my dream has always been to focus on The Wirral and to create something that truly reflects our unique communities.
The Wirral Way Magazine is produced by Nicki Valentine t/a Plucky Duck
Clydesdale Road, Hoylake CH47.
